1. Q: What is the minimum order when ordering products  from EME?

    A: Minimum order is usually 50 sets for exhaust headers, catback exhausts, exhaust downpipes and exhaust mufflers for the first time customers after sample confirmation; 500-3000 pcs for each exhaust accessories item after sample confirmation.

2. Q: What materials can EME Performance process ?

    A: For exhaust system products, We recommend customers to use stainless steel 304 pipes to ensure high quality for performance exhaust systems. Stainless steel 304 has excellent features in processing and rust resistance, which make it the best performance to cost choice.     

 

        Customers can designate the tube materials  i.e. mild steel, steel 409, SS201 to SS321, SS316 for marine headers and aluminum for intake pipes and intercooler pipes.

 

       For precision machining products, we are professional in processing copper, aluminum alloy, iron, mild steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy material etc.

 

        

3. Q: If we would like EME to develop new products for us, how should we start?

    A: Please read OEM PROCEDURE for details.

 

 

4. Q: What is "Free Sample Policy" from EME Performance ?

     A: For first-time customers, we can make sample for free according to customers' sample or drawing if the sample value is not high. If the sample needs to be done through several kinds of treatment, the sample charge is usually 3 times of order prices, but sample charge will be refunded when the customer confirms the sample and place an order for it.

 

 

5.  Q: What is  "Property Policy" from EME Performance ?

      A: For customers' label products and original design products, EME Performance shall not show customers' products information in any media unless our customers' permission. All moulds, fixtures developed to manufacture our customers' products belong to our customers if our customers have paid for it. EME Performance only concentrate on professional production and keep data for our customers, which is the fundamental basis we establish a long-term business relations with our customers.
